With the increase in home recording set-ups many musicians ask why the need for a studio visit? Well, I welcome the increase in home recording and believe that both can serve each other well. For instance, some of the sessions have been a shared effort. Keyboards and electric drums have been brought to my sessions and mixed with real kits and string sections recorded at Bluebird Studios which were generally outside the scope of home studio set-ups.
